Project Background:
The user of this project is a precision air conditioning R&D and manufacturing company under the renowned French enterprise Schneider Group.
Due to product experimental verification requirements, humidity needs to be controlled below 20%. Traditional desiccant wheel dehumidifiers have high energy consumption and unstable humidity control, and additional refrigeration equipment is needed for cooling.
Anecdote: The customer purchased a 10P industrial dehumidifier on their own, but no matter how they tried to lower the humidity, they could not achieve the humidity required for the experiment. After running for 24 hours, the humidity was still around 50. After turning on our variable-frequency heat pipe dehumidification heat pump, the required humidity target value was achieved in just 20 minutes.
The customer purchased the first-generation product last year, and this year repurchased two second-generation products to ensure operation under lower humidity conditions;
